BUSINESS RECOVERY PLAN
We have formulated emergency response plans for pre-determined potential unexpected events and occurrences. Our Business Recovery Plan has but one objective: to ensure the continuation of the organization's business operations if a disaster occurs. The plan has been formulated as a pro-active step and details standard operating procedures that shall be deemed to be corporate policy in the event that a disaster occurs. The Business Recovery Plan becomes the guiding document in such a situation, and adherence to it will allow the company to continue its operations during this time.
The Business Recovery Plan sets forth the direction and specific procedures that will serve as basic guidelines for operations during a disaster situation. It is also designed to ensure the timely recovery and continuity of Business Functions deemed to be critical to company operations.
The Business Recovery Plan describes the actions, resources and information required to resume to near normal operations within an acceptable period of time immediately following the onset of a crisis or disaster situation. For purposes of the Business Recovery Plan, a crisis or disaster is defined to be any event that will result in the destruction or inaccessibility of the facility for which this BRP was developed.
